Non-uniform ore feeding will lead to unstable production and idle operation of ore feeding equipment; more ore feeding, easy to plug.

3. Wear of Raymond mill. After the parts of Raymond mill are worn out, the amount of sand returned decreases, resulting in the coarsening of grinding fineness. In addition, if the wear is severe, it will affect the service life of Raymond mill, so in the work of timely inspection of wear, timely replacement of vulnerable parts.

4. The influence of air volume of Raymond mill. The larger the air volume, the coarser the grain size; the smaller the air volume, the finer the grain size. In production, the air volume in Raymond mill can be controlled to change the particle size of finished products.

In addition to the above factors, there are also some factors that may affect the product fineness of Raymond mill, such as the size of ore feeding, the type of Raymond mill, the number of steel balls, the proportion of steel balls, the speed of Raymond mill, the liner wear of Raymond mill, the size of the discharge port of Raymond mill and so on.
